Guidelines:

Any painting materials may be used for creation. Accepts all types of painting media include but not limited to oil painting, acrylic painting, sketching, collage, hard pen, printmaking, crayons, markers, watercolor, pencil, charcoal, etc. But Digitally processed images are not accepted.

There are no restrictions on the dimensions of the artwork for the painting competition; it may be oriented either horizontally or vertically.

Entries uploaded on this event online platform and must be clear photos/documents taken of the originals of the entries, in JPEG or PNG or PDF format, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.

Each entrant can only submit one entry for each category.

It is the entrant’s personal original painting entry. The entrant should ensure that the submitted entry will not infringe the legal rights of others, otherwise the entrant will bear all legal responsibilities.

Organizer has the right to disqualify any entries which are obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, lewd, derogatory or offensive. Whenever disputes arise or in the event where the entry may violate any laws (including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property), the Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify or disallow such entry and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
